The property had been painted many years ago, majority of the red paint had flaked off over time, which was causing penetrating damp to occur as it was soaking into the porous brick & mortar, the customer also had sky high bills due to the property not been insulated. We removed all the loose paint, fixed any holes in the pointing & sealed the property in a quality masonry paint.

We also installed a damp proof course on all external walls of the property.
